Psoriasis

Psoriasis is one of the most stubborn diseases of the skin, affecting as many as 3% of the population. With a correct approach to treatment, up to two-thirds of cases can be substantially helped with Chinese medicine.

Psoriasis can affect different parts of the body. Some common locations include the scalp (especially at the hairline), around the ears, around the outer elbows or kneecaps, as well as the butt crack area.

While plaque psoriasis is the most commonly recognized form of psoriasis, there are often other forms, like e.g. guttate psoriasis, pustular psoriasis & erythrodermic psoriasis. Treatment methods with Chinese medicine vary depending on presentation

Eczema

Eczema is a very common skin condition that affects people of all ages. Eczema may also show up in adults without prior history, and is often aggravated by the environment, emotions as well as food triggers. Pityriasis Rosea

Pityriasis Rosea is a type of skin condition that is often called eczema. It usually begins with a herald patch, from which papular lesions will spread out from. Pityriasis Rosea can be easily brought under control through the use of Chinese herbs and acupuncture.

 

Lichen Simplex

Lichen Simplex is also called Neurodermatitis. It is a stubborn condition often affect one or two ‘tough spots.’ Treatment with Chinese herbs and acupuncture can really help if you are suffering from Lichen Simplex.
